Barista – Part Time

We’re looking for contagiously friendly and upbeat people who truly love hospitality. We foster a warm and friendly atmosphere with a deep caring and familiarity for our guests. Bring this to the table:

  • Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, teas, juices and smoothies
  • Prepare and serve corned beef sandwiches, wraps and other specialty sandwiches and salads, ice cream and desserts
  • Provide customers with product details, such as coffee blend or preparation descriptions
  • Serve prepared foods, such as patties, pastries, chips, sandwiches
  • Stock customer service stations with paper products or beverage preparation items
  • Take customer orders and convey them to other employees for preparation.
  • Receive and process customer payments
  • Wrap, label, and date food items for sale
  • Create signs to advertise store products or events, update menu board and food and drink prices
  • Demonstrate the use of retail equipment, such as espresso machines
  • Set up or restock product displays
  • Slice fruits, vegetables, desserts, or meats for use in food service
  • Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment
  • Clean service and seating areas
  • Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning
  • Describe menu items to customers or suggest products that might appeal to them
  • Stock supplies or retail products
  • Take out garbage

  • Great personality with an upbeat attitude
  • At least 1 year waiter/waitress experience
  • Must be able to operate well in a TEAM environment
  • Understand and execute food and beverage preparation and safety and sanitation protocols
  • Ability to learn, retain and convey information about the menu & Pimenta concept
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Barista/Server and Cashier in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Waiter/Waitress – Part-time

  • Check customers’ identification to ensure they are of legal drinking age
  • Respond to guests concerns and get to know them by name(s)
  • Provide a great experience to our guests through display of excellent and proficient service
  • Work well under pressure and handle multiple tables & multi-tasking
  • Deliver a consistently high level of service to each customer

Dishwasher – Part Time

Bring this to the table:

  • Ability to operate a commercial dishwasher
  • Understanding Food Service Safety and Sanitation requirements
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English
  • Ensure all sanitary and safety standards are met
  • High level of customer service to residents and team members
  • Ensures cleanliness of major kitchen equipment for washing, sanitizing, drying and storing

Prep Cook – Part Time

Bring this to the table:

  • Preparing food items to order, following standard recipes and procedures within specified time limits
  • Ensuring that guest’s orders are properly portioned and ready to be served
  • Be proficient utilizing a wide range of kitchen tools and utensils
  • Disinfecting and sanitizing work area by following all sanitation guidelines
  • Restocking items that are depleted during the shift
  • Ensuring foods are properly stored in containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage
  • Ensuring that food is stored properly
  • Assist with performing kitchen maintenance tasks such as emptying the trash, clearing and wiping tables and washing dishes
  • Must follow proper food sanitation guidelines

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in food prep in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Must be able to operate well in a TEAM environment

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize

Bartender – Part Time

Bring this to the table:

  • Provide full bar service including wine, beer and crafted cocktails
  • Make drinks as specified in a quick and efficient manner
  • Check customers’ identification to ensure they are of legal drinking age
  • Take drink and/or meal orders and serve patrons who wish to eat at the bar
  • Respond to guests concerns and get to know them by name(s)
  • Provide a great experience to our guests through display of excellent and proficient service
  • Work well under pressure and handle multiple tables & multi-tasking
  • Deliver a consistently high level of service to each customer

  • Friendly and helpful attitude towards guests
  • Must be able to operate well in a TEAM environment
